Each app works on its own. Together they share one data backbone, so a problem found by one is acted on by the next.

KF-Version

Versioned, signed recipes with staged approvals. A tool-lock refuses unapproved recipes at job start, over SEMI E42.

KF-Pulse

Live sensor streams from every chamber, drift detection, remaining-life estimates and automatic maintenance work orders.

KF-Optimize

Run-to-run control that adjusts the next lot after each metrology result, kept inside the guard-bands set in KF-Version.

KF-Vision

Automatic defect classification from KLARF and SEM images, wafer signatures, and tracing back to the upstream chamber.

In the demo, a drifting etch chamber is detected, traced and locked out in 7 minutes, with every step recorded. Everything runs on servers inside your fab; process data never leaves your site.

Is KF-FabOS available today?

The working demo runs on sample data today. Founding partners take the first production deployments: each pilot brings all four apps live in one tool bay within six months, in shadow and advisory modes first, before any app acts on a tool.

Is a reservation binding?

No. Reserving is free and carries no obligation. Your seat, scope and price are confirmed only in a signed letter of intent.

What exactly does the three-year price lock cover?

The founding per-tool licence and site platform fee stay at the same rate for three years from your licence start date, with no annual increase, including tools you add during that time.

Where does our data live?

On servers inside your fab, behind your own network segmentation. Recipes, chip layouts and process data do not leave your site.

Do you work with fabs outside India?

Yes. International partners are billed in US dollars, and on-site travel is charged at cost. The same founding terms apply.

Which tools can you connect to?

Tools that speak the SEMI SECS/GEM and HSMS standards, with recipe management over SEMI E42. Founding partners' tool vendors are prioritised for connectors and recipe parsers.
